Trunk-or-Treating

Sunday, Oct. 26, 2-4 p.m. | Saint Matthew Parking Lot

Saint Matthew is excited for the return of Trunk-or-Treating, on Sunday, October 26. Led by Saint Gianna Circle Mothers’ Ministry, this afternoon is filled with fun and activities for the whole family. Take a ride on hayride with Dr. Simpson, zip down a bouncy slide, dance away the afternoon, or grab a snack from a food truck.

All families are encouraged to host a trunk—it’s a great way to be part of the fun, hand out treats, and join in the contest for Best Trunk! You can stay at your vehicle to pass out treats, or leave your goodies behind while you explore the other activities. Please have your car parked by 1:30 p.m. Everyone will then have a half hour to decorate their trunks.

If you can’t host this year, no worries. You are still invited to come trunk-or-treating, and enjoy all the other festivities.

Please ensure all treats are in sealed wrappers and are nut free. Non-Candy Treats such as pencils, toys, stickers, etc. are welcome.

The afternoon includes:

  • Trunk-or-Treating
  • Food Trucks
  • Bouncy Slide
  • Dancing
  • Face Painting
  • Costume Contest
  • Best Trunk Contest
  • …and more!

There will be family and individual costume contests at 3 p.m. A Best Trunk Award will be announced at 3:30 p.m.

Let us know you are coming and if you can host a trunk by RSVPing below.
