Christmas Mass Times

Join Saint Matthew for one of our five Christmas Masses

Christmas Masses will be as follows:

Christmas Eve Mass- 4 p.m. in the Church.

Christmas Eve Mass- 4:15 p.m. in the Gym.

Christmas Eve Mass- 6:30 p.m. in the Church.

Christmas Mass During the Night- 10 p.m. in the Church. Incense will be used.

Christmas Day Mass- 10 a.m. in the Church. Incense will be used.

The nursery will be available for the 4 & 4:15 p.m. Masses on Christmas Eve. The nursery will be moved to the Parish Conference Center (P.C.C.) to accommodate more children. To access the nursery, please use the door  in the hallway that is accessible between the church and school.

We are expanding our musical offerings this year to enhance your liturgical experience. Our wonderful Saint Matthew Church Choir will be presenting a program of Christmas music before the 4 p.m. Christmas Eve Mass this year. The program will feature a beautiful and diverse range of musical selections for the season, accompanied by meditative Scriptural readings throughout to help the congregation to prepare for Christmas Mass. The program will begin at 3:15 p.m. The 4:15 Mass will include a cantor and keyboard in the gym. Our Children’s Liturgy Choir will be performing at the 6:30 p.m. Mass accompanied by the organ. The 10 p.m. Mass will feature our choir, organ, and violin and includes a special 20-minute prelude of music. The 10 a.m. Mass Christmas morning will feature a cantor, organ, and violin, and includes a special 15-minute prelude of music.

Please note, the 8 a.m. Mass on Christmas Eve and normal weekly Wednesday evening Mass, Adoration, and Confession on Christmas Day are cancelled.
