Silver Jubilee Jamboree: Celebrating 25 Years of Saint Matthew School

Saint Matthew is celebrating our 25th year of school with a special celebration, our Silver Jubilee Jamboree.
The Jubilee Jamboree will be a split into two parts, a family-friendly afternoon filled with games and activities and an adults-only evening following Saturday evening Mass. The Jamboree is taking the place of our annual fundraiser, Mane Event, for the 2025-2026 school year. You do not need to be a school family to enjoy the fun.
There are many ways to support Mane Event. They are:
Afternoon Fun for Everyone! – The afternoon is an open party—free to attend, relax, and enjoy at your own pace. Play as many games and activities as you’d like using tickets, or skip the hassle and grab a wristband for unlimited access! (Wristbands do not include food, drinks, or bingo.) Tickets and wristbands can be purchased in advanced, or day-of. Leftover tickets can be used at the bar in the evening. The afternoon activities run from 1-4:30 p.m.
Enjoy a Stress-Free Evening! – This 21+ night kicks off at 6 p.m. after Mass. Unwind with live music from 6–10 p.m., sign up for the cornhole tournament, try your luck with a split-the-pot, sip something cold in the biergarten, and place your final bids in the silent auction. Admission is $25 per person and includes a commemorative Pirani cup.
Bid on Silent Auction Items: Items will be added to this link ahead of the silent auction, which opens on Friday, September 5. You do not need to be present to win a silent auction item.
Purchase a sponsorship – Checkout the sponsorship benefits including VIP parking, tickets for the afternoon, passes for the evening with unlimited drinks, logo placement, and party favors! We encourage everyone to consider supporting our event via a sponsorship, especially to promote a business, as marketing for the event reaches over 2000 families.
Donate an auction item – Have a vacation home? A service to donate? Items such as jewelry, sports equipment, art, etc? Contact Tracy Becker at TBecker@stmatthewtn.org for ways to donate.
