Women’s Club Cooking Demonstration & Dinner

Wednesday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m.

Join the Saint Matthew Women’s Club at our live cooking demonstration and dinner! We will be joined by “Chef” Kevin Raymond, who hosts a monthly international cooking series at the Cathedral of the Incarnation and has offered to lend us his talents. We will assist him as he teaches us how to prepare a fabulous French meal, including pork chops with a dijon cream sauce, a mixed greens with asparagus and pear salad, roasted vegetables Provençal, and dessert truffles. So grab your apron and join us for this hands-on event this Wednesday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m. in the Cohan-Hansom Building. All are invited to join us at the 7 p.m. Mass beforehand. The cost is $15.
