Servio Deo: Fort Myers

June 10-17, 2023

Registration is now open for Servio Deo! Latin for “I serve God,” Servio Deo is a unique, immersive mission trip that allows students to serve communities stricken with hardship while connecting with their peers and their faith. Join us for a mission-meets-retreat experience unlike any other, full of service, fellowship, formation talks, praise and worship, and the Sacraments.

This year, Saint Matthew is partnering with Father Ryan High School and traveling to Fort Myers, Florida, to assist the communities affected by Hurricane Ian. There is much work to be done, and we will need many hands to help. In addition to the service opportunities, we will host daily Mass, formation talks, and music from Josh Blakesley. The mission trip will take place from June 10-17, 2023, and is open to all rising 7th-12th graders.

Parents and college-aged students, we need your help, too! Please consider becoming a chaperone or joining the college work crew. Parents and college students will have the opportunity to support and participate in these service opportunities, working with social service organizations and performing manual labor at the worksites.
