What is SoulCore? It is beautiful Christ-centered movement that engages the whole person &#8211; body, mind and soul in the sacred experience of the Rosary. Through integration of prayer and functional movement, SoulCore offers a gentle path to grow in virtue, deepen interior peace, and steward the body as a temple of the Holy Spirit. Guided by Our Lady, who always leads us closer to Jesus, SoulCore reflects her mission: to bring hearts to her Son through prayer, virtue, and peace.
