Join Saint<\/span>\u00a0Matthew<\/span>\u00a0Catholic Church this summer for a\u00a0week<\/span> of faith-filled fun at Totus Tuus and Vacation Bible School! This year, we are excited to welcome the Totus Tuus Missionaries for the Diocese of Nashville back to Saint Matthew. Totus Tuus and VBS will be coming to Saint Matthew starting June 21 Learn more about each program below!<\/p>\n

\nJune 22-26 | 8:30-11:30 a.m. each day | Rising preschool & kindergarten students<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

Step through the mist into Rainforest Falls<\/em>, where towering trees, cascading waterfalls, and vibrant rainforest creatures set the stage for an unforgettable Vacation Bible School adventure! Kids will explore five foundational truths about the nature of God\u2014learning that He is Creator, All-Knowing, our Refuge, Love, and Forever\u2014through engaging Bible stories, joyful worship, hands-on activities, and creative science experiences that make faith stick. Rainforest Falls helps children grow deeply rooted in a lifelong relationship with God in a week filled with wonder, friendship, and fun! Rainforest Falls VBS will be from June 22-26 from 8:30-11:30 a.m. each day.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Junior Volunteers for VBS<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

Junior Volunteers will assist adult leaders at stations or lead a small group of Pre-K\/K on a week-long Bible adventure. They should be prepared to engage in activities, be helpful to children, adults, and be excited to teach the little ones about Jesus through their positive example. Additionally, there will be opportunities the week before to help with set up and decorations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Totus Tuus: Elementary School
\n<\/strong>June 22-26 | 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. each day | Rising 1st-6th graders<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n
Latin for “totally yours,” Totus Tuus is a fun and energetic program designed to spread the Good News of Jesus and create joy in the faith. Totus Tuus is led by a team of college-aged missionaries and seminarians from the Diocese of Nashville. The youthfulness, energy, and ability to witness to the faith make the missionaries effective in sharing and inspiring the faith with children.<\/div>\n

Junior Volunteers for Totus Tuus<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n

Junior Volunteers will work alongside the Totus Tuus missionaries and help support them as they provide kids with a faith-filled, fun, and respectable environment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Totus Tuus: Middle & High School
\n<\/b>June 21-25 | 6-8 p.m. each day | Rising 7th-12th graders<\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n
Our middle and high school students have their own Totus Tuus program, meeting from 6-8 p.m. on July 20-24. This program is led by a team of Totus Tuus Missionaries from the Diocese of Nashville. The middle school and high school sessions feature nightly prayer, discussion groups based on age and gender, and confession and adoration. Snacks are included.<\/div>\n<\/div>
