Family Weekend

Friday, March 27 – Sunday, March 29, 2020, at Tims Ford State Park

 This year, we have 20 cabins available.

The cost per cabin is $350 for the weekend.

Please reserve your cabin by registering below.

Cabin arrangements include:

• KING – Two bedrooms: one with a king bed and the second with two full beds. (Occupancy = 6)
• REGULAR – Two bedrooms: both bedrooms have two full beds. (Occupancy = 8)
• ADA – ADA compliant cabins with two bedrooms: one with a full bed and the other with two full beds. (Occupancy = 6)

If there is a great demand for the available cabins, we will use a lottery to assign the cabins.

Refund Policy: Refunds for this event depend on the date of your cancellation and our ability to fill the cabin with another family. Refunds are processed in the order that the requests are received.

Please indicate your preference for type of cabin with your registration. Please note that indicating your cabin preference does not guarantee that cabin type.
