Eight Saint Relics will be on Display at Saint Matthew

Veneration Available in the Chapel from Friday, Jan. 24 – Sunday, Jan. 26

Relics from eight great saints will be visiting Saint Matthew over the last weekend of January. Celebrate the feast day of St. Francis de Sales (Jan. 24) and the Conversion of St. Paul the Apostle (Jan. 25) as relics from both these saints will be on display in the chapel. Joining them will be the relics of Saint Anthony of the Desert, Saint Ambrose, Saint Cecilia, Saint Agnes, Saint Nicholas, and Saint Vincent Strambi in the chapel. This is a great opportunity in which you can pray with the saints and ask for their intercession.

The relics will be on display in the chapel from Friday, Jan. 24, through Sunday, Jan. 26. The exterior Chapel door will be open from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. You can also view them before or after weekend Masses through the interior chapel door.

These eight relics are being made available for veneration through the Diocese of Nashville Office of Archives.
