4th Sunday of Advent:
December 23 & 24

  • Saturday, December 23 at 5 p.m. – Church
  • Sunday, December 24 at 8:30 a.m. – Church
  • Sunday, December 24 at 11 a.m. – Church

Christmas Eve:
December 24

  • 4 p.m. – Church
  • 4:10 p.m. – Gym
  • 6:30 p.m. – Church
  • 10 p.m. – Church

Christmas Day:
December 25

  • 10 a.m. – Church

Choir Schedule for Christmas Liturgies

The Saint Matthew Music Ministry is hard at work preparing for our Christmas liturgies. Our choirs will be on display during our holiday Masses, with some special performances before some liturgies. Take a look at their full schedule below.

Our full choir will perform at the 4 p.m. Mass on Christmas Eve and will be accompanied by the organ and violins. The choir will perform a complete choral and instrumental prelude beginning at 3:15 p.m. before Mass.

A cantor will lead the music at our 4:10 p.m. Mass in the gym and will be accompanied by a keyboard, guitar, and bass.

Our Liturgy Choir will perform at the 6:30 p.m. Mass on Christmas Eve and will be accompanied by piano.

A cantor will lead the music at our 10 p.m. liturgy on Christmas Eve, accompanied by organ and violin. Special prelude music will be performed 15 minutes before Mass.

A cantor will lead the music at our 10 a.m. liturgy on Christmas Day, accompanied by organ and violin. Special prelude music will be performed 15 minutes before Mass.

This year, the Fourth Sunday of Advent falls on Christmas Eve. Since we have obligations to attend Mass for both the Fourth Sunday of Advent and Christmas, we want to help you select which Masses you will attend to satisfy each obligation.
