The Manger Program

Presented by St. Gianna Circle Mothers Ministry and GraceWorks Ministries

This year, Saint Matthew will be participating in The Manger Program, sponsored by our St. Gianna Circle Mothers Ministry and GraceWorks Ministries in Franklin!

The Manger Program, which will be replacing The Angel Tree this year, provides toys and sporting equipment to local families in need this Christmas. Eligible participants will be able to visit The Manger store to “shop” for their gifts in a store-like setting and select their own gifts for their loved ones at no cost to them. GraceWorks takes special care to respect the dignity of the families participating in the program.

All parishioners who would like to participate are welcome to place NEW, UNWRAPPED gifts in the large boxes located in the back of the Narthex and in the school lobby between now and Thursday, December 1. You are welcome to select your own gift or purchase something from the Amazon Wish List at www.graceworksministries.net/mangerwishlist.

Parish families will also have the opportunity to volunteer at The Manger Store at GraceWorks, assisting shoppers and wrapping gifts for Christmas. Saint Matthew will be sending a group of volunteers on Friday, December 15 after 4:30 p.m. to help in The Manger Store. If you are able and would like to volunteer with our community, please register for a volunteer slot on that date. If you aren’t able to assist that day, you are welcome to sign up for another day.
